About the DIR DBITS Contract
The Texas DIR Deliverables-Based Information Technology Services (DBITS) Cooperative Contract enables eligible state agencies, local governments, educational institutions, and other authorized entities to procure project-based IT services through a streamlined purchasing process — without a separate competitive solicitation.
Under Contract DIR-CPO-6245, REETECH provides professional services across its awarded Technology Category to help customers plan, implement, and manage technology initiatives in compliance with DIR procurement requirements. This is a services-only contract; no hardware or software products are sold through this contract.

Pricing Information
Pricing under Contract DIR-CPO-6245 is negotiated directly between the Customer and REETECH on a per-Statement-of-Work basis, based on project scope, technical requirements, labor categories, and deliverables. All pricing and terms are provided in accordance with the Texas DIR DBITS Contract.
Warranty Policies
REETECH warrants that all deliverables and services provided under DIR Contract No. DIR-CPO-6245 will conform to the specifications and requirements agreed upon in the applicable purchase order or statement of work.
This warranty does not cover issues arising from:
– Modifications or alterations made by parties other than REETECH
– Misuse, negligence, or use outside the intended scope of the deliverable
– Third-party hardware, software, or infrastructure not provided by REETECH
